Do my listings update automatically?
Yes, where your CRM offers an XML or CSV feed: new listings appear and sold ones disappear without you doing anything. No feed? Keep your listings in a Google Sheet. In Estate Start we add up to 10 listings for you.
Which CRMs do you work with?
Any CRM that can export a listing feed, for example Casafari or Proppy when the feed is switched on in your account. Some CRMs charge for this. We check what yours offers during onboarding.
Where do my leads go?
Straight to your email and WhatsApp, the moment someone sends a form. The leads are yours. We never share them or sell them.
Do you show my AMI licence?
Yes. Portuguese law requires agencies to show their AMI licence number. We add it to the footer of every page.
Do you take commission on sales?
No. You pay a fixed build price and a monthly care plan. That is it. Your CRM subscription is paid to its provider.
Who writes the translations?
We prepare every language version. Before going live you, or a native speaker you trust, check the texts. Extra languages are €120 each.
