Do I still need Airbnb?
No need to leave. Airbnb and Booking.com are great for finding new guests. Your own site turns returning guests and Google visitors into direct bookings. The channel manager keeps all calendars in sync, so you never double book.
What does the channel manager cost?
You pay it directly to the provider. Smoobu starts at about €28 per month and Beds24 at about €15.50 per month. The price depends on your number of units. We recommend the right one for your size.
Do you register my guests with SIBA?
We connect a check-in partner that collects guest details online and helps you submit them to SIBA. As the host you stay legally responsible for the registration. Cloudbeds can submit SIBA automatically.
Do you take commission?
No. You pay a fixed build price and a monthly care plan. That is it. Card payment fees and tool subscriptions are paid to those providers.
Where does the guest payment go?
Straight to your own account, through your channel manager or, in Stay Premium, through your own Stripe account. We never hold your money.
Can I keep my current channel manager?
Usually yes. If it offers a booking widget or connection we work with it. Want to switch? Migration is a €195 add-on.
